Equally effective AT-HOME and GYM programs. At-home program requires a set of dumbbells and resistance bands with door anchor.

CHALLENGE STARTS APRIL 29th, 2024

Note: All you need for the At-Home workout options are ONE SET OF RESISTANCE BANDS and ONE SET OF DUMBBELLS.

All workout programs include optional Booty Band exercises to accelerate your glute/leg growth if interested. 

This challenge is open to males and females and is equally effective for both.

Challenge entries are non-refundable.
